This is a full day course starting at 10am and concluding between 5 and 6 pm.


  • Brewery tour

  • Hands on practical brewing experience – learn to mill grain, make a brew, and start the fermentation.

  • Tastings of our full range of Belgian style beers during the day as well as some beers specially selected to demonstrate individual beer flavour components

  • Full set of course notes covering everything you’ll learn on the day - technical information, ingredient selection, brewing techniques, sourcing equipment and ingredients, packaging options etc.

  • Access to follow up advice on any aspect of brewing by (email)

  • Mescan T Shirt and Glass to take home

  • Full lunch– meats, cheeses, bread and salads. We source local food where possible. 

  •  Return to the brewery to collect bottles of the beer you make on the day
