The brewers at Mescan will be using their pilot brewhouse to teach you how to make a real Belgian beer from raw materials. Being fun and informative, the course will cover the windy road from sourcing materials to packaging the finished beer.

We are releasing 100 bottles from our forthcoming Abalus Series of barrel-aged beers for Christmas
In time for Christmas, we are releasing 100 bottles from our forthcoming Abalus Series of Barrel-Aged Beers in champagne-style 750ml sharing bottles. They will be available for collection from the brewery only. We expect these beers to cellar well and, over the next 10 years, we will make occasional releases of them in sets.
Available now are: Red Tripel matured in Cognac casks, Red Tripel matured in Whiskey casks and our newest brew developed especially for this project, a Baltic Porter matured in Whiskey casks.
The beers have been more than a year in the making, including 6 months maturation in the finest oak casks. They have been bottled, corked, capped and wax-sealed by hand, and only 500 bottles of each iteration have been made.
