ADVICE FOR HOME BREWERS
We started out as home brewers - as youngsters we brewed from kits and malt extracts. When we formed the plan to become professional we refined our all grain brewing skills on a fifty litre brewery in Cillian's garage. We reckon we've made most of the mistakes there are to make along the way and we are delighted to answer questions from home brewers - within the limits of our time and our ability!
